Coordinate activities and workers concerned with picking products and
preparing it for shipping both nationally and internationally; assist
the department manager in ensuring on-time and accurate shipments of
customer orders; resolve shipping discrepancies as they relate to sales
orders; develop and assist in the implemntation of new processes in
order to reduce or eliminate shipping/invoicing errors and act as
department supervisor in absence of area manager when needed.
