Description This Walmart dedicated position in Gordonsville, VA features a regional driving opportunities with predictable scheduling, steady miles and familiar lanes. As an experienced dedicated driver on our Walmart account, you'll provide first-rate service to one of our largest customers and benefit from consistent miles and stable earnings. On-site fuel, maintenance and driver support. Drivers should get one full weekend off each month. - Hiring area: Must live within 65 miles of Gordonsville, VA
- Primary travel area is: VA, NC, WV, MD, DE, and PA. Based on freight volumes drivers may also support other Walmart Dist Centers
- Typical time at home - 6 days on, 2 days off with 48 hours off each 6 days.
- Multi-stop loads that will deliver to various Walmart stores. 80%no-touch live unload and 20% drop and hook. 90% of the loads deliver to Walmart stores
- Average annual earnings - $38,500 to $58,800 based on experience
- Night driving and holiday work will be expected. Most driving will be done during 2nd and 3rd shift hours.
Qualifications - Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
- Most jobs require 6 months of experience, but we will consider truck driving school graduates
- Haz Mat endorsement optional
- Good customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
